class scarlet2.infer.Measurement(name: str, mean: array, std: array)

Bases: object

The mean and standard deviation of a measured quantity for one source.

Parameters:

• name (str) – Name of the measurement, taken from the measurement_fct.__name__ that produced it (see source_uncertainty()).

• mean (jnp.array) – Value of the measurement at the (fitted) parameter means.

• std (jnp.array) – Standard deviation of the measurement estimated from scene samples.
